I see students of all levels having issues, returning deep dinks and transition zone shots. When we teach students to be offensive with their strokes, we are telling them to go after the opponents shoelaces. But where your shoelaces are is a critical point to not being attacked. Most people who are having this issue are not getting all the way up to the non-volley zone. this video will show you the importance of being just a few inches back from that line. Watch it and let that sink in as you play your next match.
